Character
a)
The
properties exceed those of PVC insulated power cables
and overcome the shortcomings of physical and chemical
crosslinked cables, reaching or surmounting indexes of GB and IDE standard.
b)
Maximum work temperature of cable conductors reaches 90℃，emergent overload temperature reaching 130℃；during short
circuit（5S）allowable highest temperature reaches 250℃.
c)
Lowest temperature during pavement reaches 0℃. If paved below 0℃，preheat
is required.
d)
Bending radius of the single core cable
should be larger than 16 times the diameter of the
cable; that of the multicore cable should be larger
than 12 times the diameter of the cable.
e)
Large current conveyance, no limitation
to drop height in pavement.
f)
Choice of rated voltage of the cables：
Rated voltages of the cables should be fit for the movement
of the system voltages, expressed with U0/U（Um），all
being effective values, the unit being KV.
U0—Rated voltage between conductors for
design of the cables and the shields or metal.
U –Rated linefrequency voltage between
conductors for design of the cables
Nm—Maximum voltage of the equipment

Annotation：U0 is
divided into two classes according to lasting
time of malfunctions.
Class
1 is used for malfunctions
within 1 minute a time of single
phase grounded system and malfunctions less than 8h and annual total less than 125h.
Class
2 is used for longer malfunctions and occasions
with high insulation requirement.
